Our company received the prize "Ideal City" ("Città Ideale") during the XII edition of the event "Dire&Fare" ("Say it and do it") with the project " The public lighting, perfectly sized for the environment and the citizens"
The organization motivated their choice stating that the application allows the Public Administrations to manage the Public Lighting through an extensive and precise knowledge. In this way cities can be always "on" (as requested by the citizens), therefore more secure, avoiding energy wastes and luminous pollution.
From the very beginning the effort of our Company is to match the development of our solutions with a special care for the research and the most innovative technologies.
Especially for the solutions proposed for the Public market we aim to allow the Public Administrations to save money and to offer better services to their citizens.
The Team who developed the solution am.plms. (Asset Management Public Lighting Management System) took all these matters into consideration, using advanced technologies and mobile devices and now it is starting to develop important partnerships with Companies leader in the area of the remote management of the lighting. A correct management of the public lighting allows cost savings, a more efficient maintenance and a more punctual knowledge of the network. Particularly the last statement is very important for the Local Administrations as knowing where to act, they can simulate possible improvements and better plan the medium-long term activities. A precise knowledge of the public lighting allows a "environment friendly" management reducing the luminous pollution and granting cities always" on" and safer avoiding the wastes.
